Hey guys and gals, we are buying a Chrysler dealership next door. we run autosoft and they run ADP. Can anyone tell me how to print a report with inventory values over "X" amount of months in ADP. Something like inventory value and part numbers and amounts for 0-3 months or like over 12 months.
Thanks!

Your ADP month end reports will give you aging in four levels for each source and a master report called the Grand or Summary Totals; these come at the end of each month in the MGR report. Didn't anyone from ADP come in to train you on the system; it should be standard in a case like yours

we haven't taken over yet, and more than likely they will be switched over to autosoft like the rest of our stores. Is there a report I can print right now?

In RPG you can write a report with the most of the options your looking for. I haven't been on ADP in 4 years now (rey rey now) you will need to put in no sales less then? or greater than ?. ? being the prompt when you go to run it. Without a screen in front of me I can't help much more sorry.

RPD
GO to PRINT
Select ADP5 (month No Sales Summary) {canned report}
F7
Enter 12 (or whatever you want your low number to be)
Enter 50 (or higher or a lower number if you KNOW there are no old parts over 50 months no sale)
Hit ENTER. Report will print

JMShocker... in CDK/ADP Drive... use the fast lane tool bar on the right side of the screen >> click on search (magnifing glass ) >> part number search >> in there just fill in the criteria your looking for, MNS/MNR, price, OH. after searching put mouse on the gray header bar and right click mouse, scroll down to customize and you can change the header columns. I hope this helps.

Also in the fast lane toolbar, click on Report and Analyze (pie chart icon), then under Parts click on Inventory. The "at-a glance" window that opens up gives you all kinds of info. You can customize it to suit your needs by clicking on the Options tab at the top of the window. Clicking on the numbers in the Number of Parts column will give you a list of the part numbers. You can sort them however you want or export the list to Excel etc. by right clicking on it.

You can also run the MGR report now if you wish and choose from:
E = Month-End Totals for May 2016
D = Month-to-Date Totals for June 2016
