We have been using gmaccessorieszone to look up accessories and show them to customers. It now refers us to the Chevrolet website which is not very user friendly. The parts catalog is not very good on accessories either. Where are your counter guys looking accessories?

I use the parts catalog when possible, it gets pretty difficult at times though. I agree...gmaccessorieszone was great, but the manufacturer sites that they now refer you to are garbage in comparison.

We have a chrome site tied to our dealership website that is maintained by our ADI. Its a piece of garbage, but its better than the parts catalog. The 'accessories digital solution' in global connect works, but it will show dealer net cost.

I still use the paper booklets. You can turn off dealer cost under the menu tab using Globals accessory site.

If you go into your app center in global. You should be able to pull up Accessory Information Center. Where you can look at , or print pdf catalog sections.

We have an accessory section on our company website under the Parts & Service tab. I find that catalog very user friendly for both my customers and counter guys

We use the Accessories Digital Solutions in the parts tab on GlobalConnect, for which we pay a subscription fee.
