Internal Parts Markup %

I recently redid all of our pricing formulas since the list and trade price went away...almost all of my formulas are based off of cost now.
We used to charge List - 15% for all internal parts.
There were cases with accessories for stock units we would charge cost + 10%.
My owner was checking some of the markups and wants to come up with a formula somewhere in the middle of list - 15% and cost + 10% for internal markup.
He is consulting the 20 group average to help with his decision.
What do you do for internal parts markup?

accessories list - 15%
all other parts c + .5888% (however this should be retail in my opinion)

We get GM list price for internal parts here. Anything other than GM gets billed at cost + 74%.

All internal parts are list price for us now. (Toyota - but in group of 23 other dealerships - all brands)

Used to be cost +10 so I'm pretty happy about this

all else is cost + 35%

Retail on everything except accessories. (we run a matrix)
accessories are cost plus 20%

Retail on all used cars services, new upsold accessories and preload accessories, ie. anything billed to the cost of the vehicle before it's sold. Only exception is body work parts for recon like emblems or moldings etc. These are usually billed on a counter ticket without an RO.
Cost +25% on we-owes like owners manuals or extra keys, policy work or anything sales is eating because it's after sale.
So its mostly counter tix that are cost +25%, and RO's at list.
