ADP question - CP to WTY

Does anyone know if it's possible to tell if service changes an RO from CP to WTY, that there's any evidence left behind?

I know in R&R you would see the part removed and rebilled when they do it but it doesn't appear ADP follows that same process.

They've told me there's no way to see it in the past but their support has given me incorrect answers before so maybe someone here would know.

I know my guys know not to be billing aftermarket parts on a warranty line but it still happens from time to time. I'm wondering if it's getting changed to warranty after the fact

thanks

When I was on ADP there was a exceptions report that would show changes in price, and who changed it (by advisor) don' t know if that is still available. I ran it in job stack every night.

Same thing ADP told me - thanks

This RO is still open and someone from ADP looked at it and told me nothing had been changed - oh well, our fault :(

Do you have RDH? It is similar to what PDA is for parts only RDH is for service.

Of course the RO has to be closed.

Go into RDH and pull up the RO by number. The first screen "usually" shows the labor type the RO was written with. When you go into details it will show the labor type that was used when the RO was booked / closed.

This is the only way I have found to research this problem. Sometimes this happens and we don't know to get parts back and tagged for warranty claim.

if you DSDA the RO, with different reprints being .1, .2, .3 etc - i believe that the different labor type would show on subsequent reprints
