I've tried here, however it's a firm no with management. It's through your DMS not in how the claim is filed. What your warranty administrator has to do is make two different labor ops. One for service labor and one for parts labor. When the claim is paid, your wa splits it to the proper accounts. Good luck, I've worked for other GM dealers that split it and paid parts. It's the way it should be.
