The tech's have been getting all the time for cutting keys. Does anyone get paid for cutting keys and how do you submit it? Recall allows labor time for parts to cut keys but doesn't explain how to submit. Tried using misc box but rejected.

I've tried here, however it's a firm no with management. It's through your DMS not in how the claim is filed. What your warranty administrator has to do is make two different labor ops. One for service labor and one for parts labor. When the claim is paid, your wa splits it to the proper accounts. Good luck, I've worked for other GM dealers that split it and paid parts. It's the way it should be.
