Why?

It's not like they are going to address any of the MULTITUDE of issues they have.

Pretty sure it is an online survey, one screen at a time.

I still don't understand why the overall satisfaction is the first question. should be the last.

They will spin it in there favor no matter what the true results are. Just like the "Center of Learning" I took the MPL "class" when finished I rated it with one star logged in today it shows I gave it 4 stars??????????

I took the survey but I can't find any question that was directly related to MPL. I described my displeasure with MPL in the comments section under pricing policies. I have never given these kinds of responses on a survey EVER. I was 3/4 of the way through it when I thought to myself----- was I giving them a fair shot? Hell yes! I was honest with every answer and I did not exaggerate anything. In general RIM,MPL,SNAP-ON,GLOBALCONNECT, CROSSDOCKS, SAME DAY ADJUSTER, PURCHASE AND SALES LOYALTY, RECALLS,DISCOUNT AND RETURN RESERVE PERCENTAGES,QPO ORDERS, 35% return charge, ------------ ALL SUCK. Did I miss anything?????

I incorporated my thoughts on MPL into the "HOW SATISFIED ARE YOU WITH THE GMCCA/DEALERSHIP RELATIONSHIP" question... using the phrases in the survey box above. Such as...

"IF GM understood my business needs, then...."

"IF GM did something to make it easy to do day-to-day business, they would..."

"GM DOES NOT make it easy to do day-to-day business because they..."

I left plenty of comments. I sat at my desk for THREE HOURS completing the survey !!

~ gt is playing catch-up today !!
