Anyone else not getting their data filled in on this section of the Daily Report? My last date to have data is 9-1. I'm on Autosoft...just curious if it's me, my DMS, or everyone.

I've been having a problem with it for a couple of months. We are on Auto Mate.

On ADP and mine is blank for the month of September.

I have AutoMate & I had the same issue you have last month. I had to call AutoMate and speak to Chrys (pronounced "Chris") in Third Party Services. For some reason the sales info isn't transmitting properly between AutoMate and IntegraLink (that is who processes the sales info for this report). She was very helpful and had it fixed for me within a few days.

Same issue even after making phone calls and sending screen shots

All,

We are currently experiencing 2 issues with the Dealer Daily PDF/Dealer Sales Loyalty files on SRT/GlobalConnect/ProgramInfo:



1. August and September data for Same Day Repair is not showing on the Dealer Daily PDF

2. RO data that is used for Dealer Sales Loyalty has not been updated since Sept 5.



We are aware and are working on the issues. We will provide an update once we have an ETA and more details.

Thanks, guys. Actually looks like they've got it corrected today.
