We have not received a set of LPO steps. The ADI says they are on back order and no ETA. I tried to pull up the LPO report on global disconnect to see what else we haven't gotten and I get error#2046. I started a case and the reply said, " you will need to contact Accessory Information Center Help Desk at 855-462-2737 for assistance." That is the SPAC number and there is no prompt for an Accessory Information Center. SPAC agent says I have to contact the ADI and ask them to contact GM and tell them how to get the report. I smell BS. Can anybody pull their report and if so what did you have to do?
