Good morning all, wondering if anyone is in the same boat as i am with one of my stores.
Multi floor parts dept, we run a workshop on the first and third floor.
It's very difficult to do a spot check on Inventory, as both floors share similar parts, my multiple bin report in PHR is 17 pages.
Any tips in making my life easier at the end of the month, it's my first time dealing with a problem like this.
