Is there a report on CDK for this?

When you create order buckets; Stock, Supplemental, Customer, Emergency, Other, your postings will show on the MGR receipts after posting.

The only report you will see on any DMS would be dependent on the method (posting) of receipts, whether they be for stock or on an emergency bases. In CDK it would have to be posted (receipted) as a stock order purchase. Most DMS systems (the better ones) will allow you several methods of receipting parts into the system and then reporting a summary of those receipts at the month end.
