It appears they moved the guy in charge of f'n up the spark plugs over to the chemicals department.

I received this equally stupid answerback yesterday on a special order:

Of course, it does no good to reorder since it will just cancel again.
Now someone has to waste more time to call SPAC and have them force an order.
No wonder they always have "high call volume".
