Shorted winshield from PPG

Does anyone have any contact info for PPG. I made a claim and it canceled and GM gave me the phone number to call to make a claim with PPG but the # they supplied me with was to Bowflex

WTF. DID YOU ORDER FROM GM OR PPG? WHY WOULD YOU HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN THE COMPANY YOU ORDERED FROM?

ordered from GM but like accessories you have to file with supplier. It was such a nightmare I had to call back and forth between GM and ppg. It was a joke.
