Just received this notice from ADP/CDK this morning.

I guess they don't realize that Price6 is what they used to set up our matrix price for the shop.

Idiots. :x

With GM's removal of the list price for collision parts, it has been requested that the calculated list of COST plus 66.6667% for collision parts and LIST for non-collision parts be added to Price 6.

Effective October 1, 2016, the General Motors (GM) and (GK) part masters will provide a calculated List of COST plus 66.6667% for all collision parts, and LIST for the non-collision parts in the PRICE 6 field.

I don't know but you would think they might have thought it out a little better or stated something about current Price6 setups in the "announcement."

You mean the "alert" on that screen that almost nobody even knows is there? lol. This should be fun.

I sent an email about this to the ADP/CDK/WTF trainer that helped set up our matrix pricing.
If I get a response, I'll share it here.

The PRICE6 field can be used for all sorts of different things. Matrix price is of course one of them. There are several others (PRICE7, 8, 9...) that can be utilized as well.
