Is there a way to see when a parts invoice was originally printed..Time is what I am looking for, Not Date.
Original copy is not available and if you do a re-print it only shows the date and time of the re-print..

Try 2529 and enter your invoice number. The total page should show the original date.

If that doesn't work, run one of the part numbers on the invoice in 2023 or 2024, look for that invoice number. Should be able to find it there.

Nope... I am aware of those options but they only show the date..Not the time...
In this particular situation I am more interested in the time.

Read right over that part....lol. File copy or accounting copy are your only hopes, I think. Sorry!

There was a report that Reynolds wrote for me once when I was trying to find out who took a part off an RO and when. I believe that had the time on it.

I'm not on Reynolds anymore so I can't double check but you might want to give them a call and have them cook something up for you

Try this, it will show the log on, counterman, date and time a part # was billed out.
