No RIM Order Delivered

We did not get our RIM order R292 delivered today and it was not on our packing slip.
Anybody else have the same issue?
I'm thinking it has to do with that quarterly re-strat...

GM called us yesterday telling us to make room in our shipping area because we would be getting our "new" order. All 300 part numbers along with our normal order.
Yes I did type 300 management accepted everything????????

We did receive R292 today but it was a normal size order.

We received this email from Martinsburg today:

"Due to heavy volume with RIM stratification we had to hold 9109 lines on today’s orders. Lines held yesterday will be on tonight’s order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We anticipate heavy volume for the rest of this week."

They held my cross shipped chemical order till tomorrow. It should have been here today. That's stuff I really needed.
