Has anybody had a salesman named Nate from Wisconsin call? This idiot calls 20 plus times a day. He is rude, psychotic lying idiot. He calls for the manager we try to transfer him and he hangs up and call on another line. I have tried to be nice. I have flat out told him not to call anymore. He leaves messages that make no sense at all on everybody's phone. It starts at 7:30 in the morning and wont stop. He calls all day long and ties up lines. His number is private so I cant block him or turn him in. I need a way to make this guy stop.

order a huge order. when it arrives refuse it.

He's just about the only one who calls anymore. I just leave him on hold.

Sometimes I'll put him on muted speaker-phone in my office and you can listen to his exasperation and then he starts cussin' about nobody picking up

when they ask how I am doing, I tell them I am working on my golf swing with the brand new Titleist irons that I rec'd from one of his competitors after I placed a very large 'hub and bearing' order with them. and how they threw in 100 CR2032 batteries for free.

WOW!!!! if this is the same Nate @ Alliance Auto that was band from calling here, I can't believe that he is still around.... what a jacka$$....still have a call recorded and saved in a file on my computer. Our conversation which started out friendly (until he was told i was not placing an order with him) then turned, i will just say he knows a lot of "naughty" words. and he gets more pissed off the longer you play into it. GOOD MEMORIES... he was located in Minnesota then.

Airhorn blast into the phone seems to be a good deterrent to those guys. That or transfer them to your fax number.

I've asked them to email me a list. Then I email them a STOP all communication order, and of course send to myself and dealership principal as well. Then I tell them any more phone calls will be considered harassment and charges will be filed against him personally and the company for which he works. Also let them know a receipt of open email is attached when they open it. Oh and we have all our phone conversations recorded. Our owner will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. This is disruptive to our business and counter productive.

I ordered a bunch from him and then refused it when it showed up. Yet they still tried to mail us a bill for return fees. Needless to say that it never got paid. he gets very vulgar. I thought it was pretty funny.

This sounds like OEM Direct LLC out of Baldwin, WI.
