Just when you think GM's service couldn't get any worse..... New message when you call SPAC "we are having issues with phone calls going to the wrong dept. ......" The message is repeated later before you can talk to anyone. Part number 12641847 is on back order and because it is so severely backordered you cannot make a SPAC case. Does that make sense?

I've been running into this as well, my service department has been complaining about them for the past month. Meanwhile, I have 7 of them in stock, the 2nd most out of anyone in a 50 mile radius.

and I can't even get one to keep in stock so I can appease customers, haha

I had some on backorder and when customers would come in we would throw SPAC cases on them and two days later they would show up from FEDEX OVN. Now I am on double secret probation because they are using the supplemental back order list again. I just don't understand what some of these things accomplish..... It doesn't change the fact that we still need them no matter how hard they make them to get. Besides we are trying to fix their mistakes and keep OUR customers happy. I don't think that the NEW General Motors understands this concept.

What a joke……… Has anyone received any 12641847 pumps lately? I have not seen any for three weeks and the last one I received was a SPAC case. All of my orders have gone to that stupid ass supplemental back order list. Now I can’t upgrade or even cancel them if I wanted and don’t call SPAC because you will have to listen to multiple recordings telling you SPAC has no answers and doesn’t know anything. WHO the HELL do you call to get info???? Customers do not want to receive a recall notice and when asking about when they can get there car fixed they get…………. AHHHH I DON’T KNOW MAYBE IN A WEEK OR SO OR NEXT MONTH ORRR MAYBE MARCH AHHHH. What other billion dollar corporation can you think of that would handle this cluster like this……….. YIKES Has anybody been seeing these pumps on a regular basis? The last time I was on that supplemental list was with the valve cover recall and a Candice from GM told me my orders got stuck on that damn thing.

I just got one in today that I ordered on the 29th of November.

Anybody got any friends in China? You could probably have them pick one up and Fed Ex it a lot faster than 1 month.

Check you orders on these folks. Just got of the phone with Peggy at GM SPAC. All orders for 12641847 have been canceled.
