Core Matrix error??

So submitting a core return for 24284689 like I always do I managed to get an answerback that said " Core Matrix Error". What in the world does that mean and what do I do now? Thanks for the help everyone

You didn't mis-type the number? Usual get that message when the part doesn't have a core charge.

nope, I double checked that one for sure. I'm wondering if it's a new supersession to the old number and not in the system yet? It shows to have a core on it in EPIC and my lightyear.
