Sorry if this has been posted already- I have tried ordering these from GM, (19210337 for example) and GM keeps reducing my quantity. I ordered 72 and they reduced to 24. Is this the new norm?

You might be hung up on that maximum order qty of 25 pcs per line. It should not affect oil filers BUT this is GM we are talking about and there may be a PDC in South America that may be getting low so GM will only allow you to have so many. The last time I ordered Durapacck PF61 they came through just fine. I ordered 60 and that's what I got on 1/9.............

Make sure you are ordering them on a DRO order and not a CSO. CSO will hit you with the 25 max order quantity, but you should not have that with a DRO.
