GM Wiper Blades

Hello, I recently took on a GM parts department (came from Ford), and this may seem like a stupid question, but what wiper blades do you guys recommend keeping in stock? I can't seem to find an easy way to find a list based on various lengths. At Ford, the length of the blade was essentially part of the part number (WW1201PF, WW2601PF, etc). I can't find a rhyme or reason to GM's part numbers. Help!

Thank you!

We menu the the Advantage blades w/spoiler.

Unfortunately the long GM number does not indicate any length, however the short Delco number does have the length tacked on at the end.

The adapters make them useable on most manufacturers.

Same here, but there have been times when we did not use the OE blades and the customer complained that the Performance or Advantage did not look like what came off the vehicle and demanded the OE . Also, in some cases the OE is cheaper than the Performance., so mostly OE's here.

We don't use the AC Delco numbers when billing so I didn't even notice that the sizes are there! Thank you! This will help me a bunch!

I keep the advantage in the beam and all season. That takes care of most vehicles GM and non GM. We live in a non snowy area so I have few complaints except for the people that cant figure out how to use the adapters on the beams. I keep some oem blades on the popular cars. Go to the 1store and get catalog# 8a-ch-14. They haven't updated it since 14 but it will give you a good reference. Don't waste your time on the professional line.

When I started we only sold AC Delco. We still stock them, for used cars only. Even with the BOGO promos coming up this year, I won't sell them. They are junk, period. Do yourself and the customers right by pushing the OE blades. They will last 2-3 years at least.

I sell OE only. Too many complaints about the looks and performance of the Delco products.

OE blades, or the really nice AC Delco Winter Beam blades are what we stock. Some AC Delco Advantage beams as well, and some Performance. No aftermarket.

We try to keep a couple sets of as many OE's as possible, and then CPP order the Delco blades that are menu priced.
