GM PVPP Warranty (limo, funeral car)

My service dept is kind of.......LAZY. Long story short I have a very good w/s customer who works on these cars and sends us some of the warranty work. Well I guess my service dept is just "to" busy, yeah right. to look into this for me so I was hoping someone out there works on them and may already know this question. I have the (PVPP) bulletine in front of me it says light bulbs are not covered but I am wondering if this includes tail lamps? Any help would be appreciated or if some can point me to the direction of someone I can call and find out. Thanks!

I called warranty help line. So if your familiar with these PVPP warranties they have a bulletin out there that has listed parts on it that they COVER and that they DONT COVER. Well headlamps, tail lamps are not on the bulletin and I was just told that if there are parts that ARENT listed on the bulletin they also don't cover it, HA HA what bs why take the time and write a bulletin that's not correct or complete. stupid

I know with GMPP they would not cover a bulb. But the would cover an LED.
