2017 ideas

Hi all-

Looking for ideas for 2017. We don't have much of a wholesale business and found it unprofitable. Are there any vendors that anyone uses for their internal body shops or mechanical shops that can help increase production, profit, etc? i.e. collision link, online parts catalogs, accessory POS programs...

We use Rapid Reconn for our internal/make ready department it helps track the vehicle while its being worked on in the shop

TIRES: every tire store wants your business, right?
Ask them if they offer purchase incentives (outside of GMs). I asked all my tire stores this same question & 2 of them gave the following offer (quarterly):
ON or OFF the GM program purchases.

100 - 299 purchased: $1.00 bonus/tire: 2 year road hazard (1st year free replacement/2nd year 50%)
300 - 399 purchased: $1.25 bonus/tire: 2 year road hazard (1st year free replacement/2nd year 50%)
400 - 499 purchased: $1.50 bonus/tire: 2 year road hazard (1st year free replacement/2nd year 50%)
etc...
