Your method for core returns

Ok for once this isn't me being lost- was more curious if you post in your DMS on core returns at the time the core leaves your building or do you wait for the credit before you post? I have heard from a few people and they are split. Curious what works best for you?

I post them when I ship the core out.
Then keep a copy until I get the credit.

same .. same here. Relieve inventory at the time that the cores leave the building, hold onto all documentation until credit is received from Generous Motors.
