Ok I know there are some older threads out there on this topic but I couldn't find the info I needed so here we go again. 1st looking for the proper way to bill out. Possibly a gm bullentin # with proper procedures?? This is how we have been doing it here for years. I don't buy it from GM by the way. We purchase a 30lb receipt in system @ $8.50 cost bill out on ticket as R134A (even on warranty tickets) Warranty clerk submits under "miscellaneous" and we get paid $11.90 warranty price. We bill out per pound. Now this has been working for us here. we get paid on every one. But my question is, is this the proper way or best most profitable way I should be doing it? Just curious how others handle it. Thanks for any input

We bill it out per ounce and never had an issue.
Wait until you start using R-1234yf and have to break it down to grams...good times!

Just receive the cylinder part number and bill out same number. You will need to change cost. Mine is .28 and sale is price is .40 Its what we have doing for a long while with no hiccups.

Yes. Each cylinder is 480oz. Change the cost to ounces in your system and bill it out accordingly.
Yes I purchase from GM.
