Has anybody else that uses Auto/Mate experienced parts prices changing when the service department pays their technicians on the RO.
All of the lines on the repair order are correct, the parts are charged out on the correct lines, the prices are exactly the way we want them; the advisor does not change the pay types/jobs/anything except pay the technician on the lines then when they exit the repair order and go back in the parts prices are different than they were before.
We have dealt with this for a while now with no rhyme or reason why it happens and when it happens.
