Uncategorized exceptions GM

Hello, I posted something on another thread the other day and I believe someone said about a week to get credit for. I submitted my oldest one on 2/23/17 and have nothing up to invoices today 3/8/17. Who do you all call when this happens? Thanks again! Todd

you've got to start with the "claims" person at your administrative PDC. Which PDC is "servicing" you ?? :lol:

They got back to me- I guess my error is verify shipped qty field (as per Manage Uncategorized Exceptions), but all I see is received qty and error quantity fields- Shouldn't received be 0 and error be 1? Nothing about verify shipped qty. Going to try and resubmit, can anyone help? Thanks again! Cain

Yes Cain ... If it's a SHORTAGE claim then go to >> submit customer exceptions >>Incorrect Quantity >>Quantity on pick tag or paperwork does not match quantity received. Enter the quantity received as ZERO and the error quantity as ONE. If it's a tote part then I usually mention that in the text area, if it's a XDock shortage then I usually mention that.

Thank you, but if it's simply a part I didn't receive, don't I select Total Quantity Ordered not Received?

that would be the case on a SINGLE-LINE order that you never received (it's pretty rare). If there were other parts on the same order, you would show ordered 1, received 0 for that line.
Making sense now ?? Not that GM would want to do that ....
