Has anyone notices discrepancies between what Reynolds picks up for tire cost, vs what is shown in EPIC?

Perhaps it is an updating issue at my dealership? I was posting in my tire invoices yesterday and noticed that almost 80% of the costs shown in Reynolds are not what is shown in EPIC.

I would assume EPIC has the correct cost? Some of the tires we made some good extra money on, but a few we sold below cost.

Most DMS systems will not update the tire pricing if that particular tire is on special pricing for that given month.
The tire manufacturers send the special pricing to GM a few days into the new month after the price update tape
has been loaded and run. I don't believe that EPIC shows the special price either. I will always check the website
gmtirebilling dotcom for my tire prices. If a tire was on special it will say "special price not on price tape"

I am not sure if this is your issue but it was just a thought.

Whenever I have a tire pricing discrepancy my problem has been the source code in Reynolds.
