Keeps giving me a damn Core matrix error when inputting it. I've talked to 5 people between my PDC, focus hope, and global connect. None of which have been able to tell me why it isn't be accepted. It's like a bunch of monkeys in a circus not knowing what to do anytime I try to ask for help lately. I contacted a local chevy dealer parts manager too and he's never seen that come up before. I know this part has a $100.00 core on it because Gm lists it as having that on everything. Anyone able to help out here? It's a DPF filter for a brand new 2500 duramax.

We haven't used one yet but I do see it is listed as having a 100 dollar core.

Just curios, did you get charged the core when you ordered it?

So GM has set up to charge for the cores but not to credit them back. Typical GM cluster
