Ok so I want to start setting up my sources to better track sales and to also not have service get any of our accessory monies. So I was curious if there is a way to figure out what part numbers in my inventory are considered "accessories" like maybe in the 2101 screen?? Is there and easy way to accomplish this task or do I just pretty much just have to manually no what parts I want in there.
Maybe a product line code?

I have Auto/mate so my reports are all Excel based but you should be able to sort through groups.
For accessories see if you can pull everything out of group 21 and those should be all of your accessories.
Worst case pull the bin location(s) you stock all of your accessories and change the sources that way.

We have Reynolds and Reynolds I guess I should have said that.
Thanks partsplant I guess I will just sort through then manually. Good thing I don't have a lot of them.

I resourced mine to another source but after so long they went to my source 4 which is non-stock. I guess I did something wrong.

Check with Reynolds to see if they carry a 'field' on or from the master tape that designates accessories (some factories do, some do not); if yours does you can have R&R automatically transfer all the accessories, if they are code designated to your new source. Good Luck; it might take a few calls to them to find someone who knows what a master tape data field is.
