Is anyone else involved in sourcing parts and supplies for this? The information they are providing is SO incomplete. Just asking to see if anyone is having as much fun as I at doing this.

Ours all came in through GM. We have a Escalade outfitted with the GM "overpriced" tool box.

except for the spare wheels and tires that we are to have available for the roadside vehicle. Would have made too much sense for Cadillac to give us the part numbers of the spacesaver spares that we are to have. Oh, and then batteries to cover all the possibilities on-board as well.

LOL yup forgot about that. They want you to have a spare tire available for all cars.

If you're hauling wet acid batteries, remember 2 things - they must be braced where they can't move in an accident, and your liability insurance must be set to $1m per incident. I studied this for a while after one of our customers that owned a tow service went out of business after an incident where a loose battery fell off one of his trucks and burst on the roadway. He didn't have sufficient insurance, and the state pulled his business license. You don't have to run placards, but if they are not secured the police can get you.
