I have a SPAC case that I agreed to sell and it is an airbag.
I have HAZ MAT certified and I do see when GM shipped the airbag to me overnight Fed Ex it has 3 copies of a Declaration with shipper and consignee information and all of the information about the part.
Has anyone ever shipped on of these and where would I create my own declaration to ship the item?

23228434. I can get the information on the part I'm just wondering about filling out the declaration that goes with the part to Fed Ex.

MAYBE YOU CAN POST A PIC WITH THE FIELDS YOU WANT TO FILL IN... SOMEONE CAN HELP

WOW someone who will spac a haz mat. I can never find anyone who will. We have a spac on one now and have been waiting 2 weeks, found plenty of dealers who has it. But no one wants to ship it.

It is too much BS and paperwork, like shipping to Canada...

Update: I kept the original declarations with the packing slip and put the new shipping label on.
My driver took it to FedEx last night and the lady said if there are any issues they would call us. No phone call and the part is already in Memphis and should be delivered to the dealer today.
