upsize tire programmer

Anyone have a cheap supplier for oversize tire programming? We do custom lifts and tire/rim upfits, don't need to program engine/trans just tires

I know our service dept has a Hypertech tire programmer which they use to recalibrate speedometers without affecting any engine or transmission calibrations.
Not sure what it costs though or were they bought it.
