Ok so we are a stand alone Cadillac dealer. My question is when working on other makes, like say a Chevy Tahoe for an oil change
My warranty clerk called down and said GM only pays $35 for an oil change for Chevy's. Can anyone comment on if this is correct or send me in the direction of where I can learn to see what GM pays us back for warranty oil changes. Thanks for any help.

If you're referring to the 2 yr free LOF program then there is a bulletin which lists the amount paid by GM for each vehicle/engine. Don't recall the number but if you do a search in Global for 2-year scheduled LOF program it should come up. I have a copy of the 2016 program laying around and the number was 2016-601R05. Hope that helps.

GMC and Chevrolet are identical. Keep in mind the $35 also includes four wheel tire rotation. GM does not pay for DEF on CPO diesels.
