We pre-load accessories on lot vehicles and addendum. We spiff the salesman a flat amount to not remove anything from the deal. Beside pre-loads, we spiff 10% of parts and service labor sold on retail priced accessories upsold.
We have also have had an employee spiff for bringing or recommending a Fleet customer (2 or more commercial vehicles) that opens a charge account with our Service or Parts departments.
We participate in any Mfg. programs that spiff or "spin" employees on wipers, batteries, tires, etc
We spiff BDC employees for appointments made from service follow-ups on unsold "yellow or red" items from previous visits
