Do any of the other manufacturers use YRC Freight for returning of core parts to manufacturer? I'm beyond done dealing with these people. Everytime you give them a "confirmation" number which obviously is a usual number that doesn't mean they are coming to you. Everytime I've called them, I get the same old song and dance, we're so sorry and only 1 liftgate truck in your area today but your service hours don't work for them. Any other input otherwise I'm ready to send my Nissan FOM and email from hell.

Nissan does also. YRC is one of the lowest cost LTL carriers so they easily win these contracts. If you are shipping large items at your expense, use Freight Buddy. They are a great freight broker and will quickly give you 3 quotes and 9 times out of 10 YRC will be cheaper. Sometimes way cheaper. Going through Freight Buddy it's a much better way to use YRC if you are paying for freight shipment.

We get our large orders of Isuzu freight through YRC and we have nothing but problems with them. Late arrivals, lost shipments, incorrect tracking information,
and the list goes on and on.
If they are one of the lowest cost LTL carriers-that explains all of their mistakes???

Sounds like a lot of the GM dealers' Lanter Delivery Systems horror stories. I love the pics some of you have sent in the forum, here, regarding Lanter. THANKFULLY, we no longer have to use them! Good luck YRC users.
