Does any one use RetailMakr? I have them contacting a few of my smaller parts departments. They seem to be an online marketplace partner. We can charge what ever we want for the parts, they take care of shipping and all returns. It has no cost to the dealership, they charge the customer an additional markup, and there is no contract.

Seems shady.... any one?

Never heard of them. So whats in it for them??? If there is no cost

I got an email from them (Laura Brashen) this evening thanking me for taking her call today and then going on stating what they do.

Funny though, I didn't get any calls from her today.

I just got a voicemail from her today same thing who they are what they do

If it is on CDK's website it might just be a CDK program of their own.

do not get involved with them. they do not pay there bills, they are over 120 days with me and it is less than 100 dollars

Yes run away! They owe me $1600 dollars! They were paying me just taking 60 days to do so, now they say they need to hold off on paying me till they access some funds, and there is never anyone there to talk to. The guy in charge is apparently a guy named Kevin Kelly, who wont return my calls or emails. i have to log in to my account and chat with Mathew, who is no help either. If anyone has any other phone numbers to them please post them in here so we can blast them.

Same here they haven't paid in months.
