Is there any warranty on this? I have yet to run across a tire issue under 1 year or 12k miles. What do I need to do? Thanks everyone!

If the vehicle in service date is with in 12 months or 12,000 the tire can be covered completely under warranty . If the in service date is more than 12 then the tire needs to be pro-rated according to the GM Tire Warranty program. If the customer becomes difficult then perform the empowerment calculator and offer one time goodwill for replacement (A-Auth sign , date and authorize) . Also, contact your area rep for clarification.

Look in the GM P&P Manual - 2016 1st Edition section 2.10.1 GM Tire Warranty Proration Schedule. It shows at 9900 miles the prorate would be 0%. If a prorate were involved it would be on the tire only, not labor. A Tire Pre-Repair Authorization approval is required before claim submission and be sure your Warranty Admin claims the $25.00 administrative allowance.
