I have this from the GM lam program when I wondered about using these funds to. Hope it helps.
The Competition Fleet and Customer Pay program is for GM dealers to promote the use of Genuine GM Collision Parts when fleet and customer paid repairs specify the use of alternative (non-new-GM) collision repair parts on their original repair estimates.
Conquest Fund Guidelines
Funds can be used by Dealers for "conquest" sales only. A NON-INSURER estimate originally written for an aftermarket, salvage or alternative part is required.
Funds are earned monthly starting with purchases and program usage for prior year December and continue to current year November.
Dealers can submit a claim for more than their available fund balance, but the claim will be held pending until sufficient funds are available
At year end, if funds are not available, any claims held pending will not be paid.
Funds are put into the Dealer’s account by the 15th day of the month.
Earned funds can be used for claims on the Bump the Competition Fleet and Customer Pay program.
Unused funds do not roll over to next year and will be forfeited.
Conquest Fund Accrual
0.5% (one half percent) accrual on net invoice for collision purchases for the following product lines (Bump2.0 program guide can be found in GM EPIC):
o 04-radiators
o 19-exhaust frames and gas tanks
o 20-sheet metal
o 23-exterior body parts
o 30-interior body parts
o 56-lighting
Insurer Pay claims are not allowed to be claimed from the BTCFCP Fund. A separate accrual fund is available for Insurer paid transactions. See the Guidelines for Bump2.0 for complete details.
Program Attributes
All Bump2.0 parts are eligible for the BTCFCP program
Audit of claims will be made as required by a member of the GM Customer Care and Aftersales staff. If the Dealer is found non-compliant with the program rules, the Dealer may be charged back and/or removed from program participation.
Body Shops are required to indicate the payer of the estimate (Insurance, Fleet, or Customer Pay) when transmitting the estimate to the Dealers. This one additional step for the shop is needed to ensure the correct program discounts are applied to the order.

The fleet and customer pay funds are pretty much the same thing as conquest (bump the completion).
Conquest funds can only be used for insurance jobs,
Fleet and customer pay are for all other jobs.
