Just looking to see if any of you GM dealers have made the switch from CDK to AutoMate and if you have any helpful insight on things to know going in or things to be prepared for. Haven't been a big fan of CDK so I'm trying to go in with an open mind and make the best of the switch. Thanks in advance for any information.

Do a search on here for Automate - You'll find all kinds of interesting things I posted a few years ago :)

I've been back on CDK with Toyota for almost a couple years now so things have hopefully changed for the better

Zep33, I did that and at first what I was reading was a bit concerning, but then I started to look at the dates and saw they were somewhat older posts so I am cautiously optimistic that at least some of those things have been addressed by now. Fingers crossed anyways...

Tulabkru; send me a private email, identifying yourself at miknik@aol.com and I'll send you a list of things to do before signing up with CDK that will save any/some grieve later on in the deal.
