Submitted with formula and they only want to pay $13 instead of $125 that was used.
Any suggestions on submitting the 1234yf?

Actually they want it in increments of 10 grams. Reference bulletin #12-01-37-001B.

The printout should tell you the difference of what was pulled out and what was put back in. I'm pretty sure that warranty has to be billed in 10 gram units.
EX....... If the difference is .586kg you will have 586 grams. You divide 586 by 10 to get billable units. 59 units times $1.49 cost equals $87.91.
We bill out 19260234 for a part number and I put it in the system as 455 - 10 gram units.
I don't think GM could have made this anymore difficult.....................

Billed out under part number listed in bulletin, the vehicle had a broken hose and car had lost all Freon, replaced hose and filled with .6 kg which we billed out 60 units @$1.50 each so instead of our cost of Freon being $90, they want to pay $13.

Sounds like they don't believe that it was bone dry. Hope you have the printout from the machine because I would email a copy to your warranty contact and say......WTH. I wish GM would stop trying to cheat us at every turn and start paying for fixing their problems..........
