Very odd Chrysler Request/Rear Brake Rotors +10 RT Caravan

I'm trying to help out a family member out, so this inquiry may sound odd.

I remember back when i worked at my first dealer, the manager found a part number of a european extended warranty rotor number that was for those shitty 04721996ab brakes, but this package had 2 in each box, it was a different and weird number, and you could buy in on chryslers program price tier 3 if you purchased enough, and eventually the price per rotor was insanely cheap, if anyone knows this european number, please tell me, (in private message) and ill see if my local chrysler dealership can buy it (not at tier 3) and save my uncle a lot of bucks. thanks.
