RIM Purchase Loyalty Numbers
Posted: Tue Sep 12, 2017 12:48 pmAnyone else's numbers off this month? Last week my numbers were fine and running along with where they normally are (92-95%). Yesterday I noticed they seemed off but figured I would look wait until today and see how they looked. Well, they are still off (74.85%) today. I looked at the top 16 numbers that I am being dinged for...out of those 16 parts, all with the exception of one have been ordered and receipted on DRO/RIM orders, so I'm not sure what's going on there. Another strange thing, 8 of the 15 numbers that I don't agree with are brake pads and/or rotors. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing anything similar or if it's just me.
