My RIM order for today exists in global connect, but not in Reynolds. Anybody else have this issue? Should I contact GM or Reynolds?

I emailed RIM help desk this morning and according to ADAM, they are aware of the "COO issue" and are "working with Reynolds" to correct it. (it's never their fault). I sure hope these part numbers do not get duplicated om tonight's order !!!

Widespread issue. But of course every Reynolds dealer has to call RIM instead of them just posting a message on their BB.

You would think they would post it when it affects several dealers. Isn't that what a bulletin board is for?

One thing you don't want to do is click the "Resend COO" without talking to RIM first. I learned that one the hard way.

Same here. We actually called Reynold first. They actually admit that problem is on their side. That's a first!!!
