It looks like a total and complete nightmare. GM is consolidating service and parts. It is based on RIM, retention, programs you have to sign up for, just to name a few of the hoops you have to jump through. NOT looking forward to its release.

I haven't heard anything about this? Where are you hearing about PACE?

Just when you thought it couldn't get worse, you realize you were wrong. We are not to the basement yet? How much lower can we get.

I too think it is about time to look for a counter person's job - management is looking more and more like it just isn't worth it anymore. It is just impossible to do all that is expected & required at a smaller GM store. There simply isn't enough time and / or people. Too many hoops to jump through and items to juggle in the air at once.
