How much time off does your dealer give employees?

Is it the same for all employees or are departments different?

Do you get any days (PTO) beyond "X" number of vacation days? Such as sick days, personal days, etc.

Currently we get 2 weeks vacation after 1 year of employment. Nothing else.

2 weeks after one year is pretty generous

1 week after 1 year
2 weeks after 2 years
3 weeks after 10 years

1 sick day for every 10 calendar weeks (can be advanced)

90 day probation for all benefits, sick days and holiday pay

Non -managers
1 year = 1 week
2 years = 2 weeks
5 years = 3 weeks
10 years = 3 weeks +1 day etc. until 14 years = 4 weeks
+3 personal days, 2 sick days and a floating holiday

Managers get screwed: No floating holidays, no personal or sick days, no shoe allowance, no bird dogs, and I just found out last month no inspection coupons even though I leased 2 vehicles from my dealer and they sent the coupon to my VIN #

10 days after 1 year of service and the 10 days stay that way for 10 years of service
2 days gained every year after 10 years up to 20 days max
1 sick day earned every 2 months after 1 year up to 6 days per year
All major holidays paid by employer without using pto time

After one year of employment, one week of vacation. After two years of employment, two weeks of vacation. Beyond that...nothing. Two weeks per year, no sick days, no personal days, no nothing.

One week after one year, two weeks after two, three weeks after five, four weeks after ten.

1 week after 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years until you die , no sick or personal days

we get 7 paid holidays.

1 week vacation after one year, two weeks after two years, three weeks after eight years.

we accrue sick time hours, but essentially its six days a year.

7 Paid holidays 1 week vacation after 1 year. 2 weeks after 2 years. That's it. No sick days.
