Nissan F.A.S.T. where is the rom data?

I have exactly 3 weeks of dealership parts manager experience, and the exiting manager left it a wreck. I am wrung out and don't have time for this nonsense
We have a 2013 versa in for a CVT transmission repair on warranty, I ordered the TCM and it came blank. My master tech tells me that the original TCM has been wiped and he cannot transfer the data to the new TCM and he needs the rom data downloaded to a thumb drive. Where in F A S T is this data download link and how do I navigate to it. Further issue compounding this situation is we have a CONSULT 3 and apparently it is better to have a CONSULT 2 in this case although I thought the coverage ended in 2007 for the CON2
I can barely navigate F A S T so I need a step by step on how to get the rom data to a thumbdrive. I tried parts help twice and no good, FOM no help, two other'
parts managers from surrounding dealerships updated F A S T to some snapon program and don't remember how to do it//
I really need to get this handled so I can gain some respect from service but more importantly get our customers car back on the road..
help

Back when I was with Nissan, ROM data was not in the FAST catalog. That would be something that should be gotten through Service or the main computer which updates the Modules in the GM world that would be Tech 2.. I could be wrong as I have been out of Nissan since 2011 but I have never seen any catalog contain ROM updates. Sorry I can't be of more help. There has to be a way for the Tech to call his Tech Line and be guided to a website or a way to download the ROM info..

The ROM data is on the consult. The tech just needs you to tell him which data program to use. In fast search for PNC 31039 this is the program number. Once he has that HE NEEDS to figure out how to do it with the consult. If he can't figure it out after you give him the programming part number HE needs to call tech line and they can tell him how to do it.
Many of the Nissan valve bodies now come blank too. The same methods is used for those too.

Since my original post I have gotten my self up to speed on this whole fiasco, I got the service file with the rom data p/n off of F A S T and checked my Consult 3 VI for sync with ASSIT and current update
all good. HERE ARE OUR TWO PROBLEMS. Tech help has us chasing supersession chain p/n's on blank TCM's THAT'S ISSUE NUMBER 1. ISSUE NUMBER 2 IS THE ORIGINAL TCM IS WIPED (no transfer data)
AND REPLACEMENT TCM WILL NOT SELECT REVERSE. APPARENTLY A CRITICAL STEP IN THE REPROGRAM FLOW CHART.. car has been here a month!! I believe I can down load the data files from NATS but need a little guidance

any one up for helping out an old Master tech turned P?M

thank you..
