CDK pricing not rolling over on SOPs

Hi, new here.
We are a GM dealer, and use CDK. Pretty much since the advent of mypricelink, we have had a problem with some SOP part prices not rolling over when they are received the next day. I can't find any correlation between them? It's not all SOP parts, it's over several sources, any counterman, can be stocking or not, conquest or not, and not even all the SOPs for a certain invoice. When the parts are received, it comes up with "SALE AMOUNT =", just like when it was originally sold to the invoice. Also, rolling using "export to DMS" or not doesn't seem to affect it either.
Currently, we're having to go to DSDA and make sure we use the same list/price as when originally sold to correct the new invoice (because of MPL and Conquest). It's a pain, today I have 11 invoices (21 parts) that were affected.
Has anyone else run into this and/or have a solution?
thanks!
