Anyone having issues submitting exceptions ?

I've got a damaged door skin and every time I try to submit it it comes back " order number not found". Yet I can find that order number all over work bench without a problem. Anyone else having a similar issue ?

Yes I have the same issue. I was thinking about returning the voided paperwork with a photo of the label .

Was this a sprinted part? Use the shipment # for both the shipment # and the order number with "DS" as the ship facility. I filed a damaged sprinted door just a week ago and got it to go thru this way. This was the info I rec'd from Martinsburg PDC on how to file this damaged claim.

Nope, this was a regular order filled out of my local PDC. Worked with gm global connect help desk and they are about as helpful Is a box of rocks, lol
