GM Parts Managers - Return Reserve Conversion Question

Dealerships that do not elect to receive cash conversion for the month of December 2017 will have an opportunity to use their Return Reserve and apply for final 2017 parts returns through February 28, 2018. After 2017 returns are finalized at the PDC and CCRC, dealerships will receive 75% of the remaining net reserve amount as a credit in May 2018.
I cannot find where (or how) to select the option to convert return reserve to cash on a monthly basis. We have always had to wait until May of the following year to receive payment.
Have any of you selected the monthly option, if so, how did you do it?
Can you select it for only one month (December) thereby collecting the money five months earlier?
